Formation of public opinion on active participation of the public in monitoring the places of non-freedom of Ukraine through the restoration of the information and communication platform that will become a resource for the communities based on the experience and practice of the national preventive mechanism and other monitoring mechanisms in the prevention of torture and ill-treatment in places of non-freedom of Ukraine with the involvement of public monitors of the NPM and other partners through appropriate coordination of activities.
