Monitoring the Free Legal Aid System in the Kharkiv Oblast

The Kharkiv Institute of Social Research presents the results of "Monitoring the Free Legal Aid System in the Kharkiv Oblast" conducted in 2007 by the Kharkiv Institute for Social Research with financial support from the International Renaissance Foundation. The aim of the study was to answer the following questions:   What do people know about their right to legal aid? Are the legal mechanisms for providing free legal aid accessible and effective?
